Strawberry Cake
It's a May! Everything is already green, the roses in the
garden bloom, the birds are singing all day, and the sun's rays are getting
stronger and stronger. And as a result, strawberries mature faster and faster.
What to do with all these strawberries, except experimenting in the kitchen.
Needless to say, this pastry was for the first time, and it is obviously the
luck of the beginner, but he also did. )
Necessary products:
2 tea cups . flour
1 tea cup. sugar (preferably brown)
100 g of coconut oil
1 tea cup. fresh milk / can and versatile /
1 baculber
1 vanilla / I don`t have vanilla and i replace with pack of
vanilla sugar /
about 300g. strawberries
3 tiles of black chocolate
Coconut oil and sugar break down well to form a creamy
formula. Add the milk, then the flour with baculber and vanilla. All this went
wrong with a mixer. Then pour the finished mixture into a greasy and arranged
baking pan or baking mold. We order strawberries and grated chocolate, and bake
until ready (about 30 minutes at 180 degrees) in a preheated oven. And ... if
everything is alright, we should have a well-baked and tasty strawberry pastry
that would complement the afternoon coffee well, for example ..😉
